Repair policy
The Evergreen Group offers warranty repair or exchange
at no charge, and non-warranty repair at fixed fee rates for current products.

or call 610.871.1955.
For factory repair (warranty or non-warranty), please do the following:
1. Please refer to the specific warranty policy associated with the product
family. The appropriate warranty statement can be found on the support page
2. Download the RMA from the support page or send an email to support@evergreengrp.com
requesting a "RMA Request Form" be faxed or sent to you via
return email.
3. Complete the "RMA Request Form" and return it to support@evergreengrp.com
or fax it to 610.680.3305. Please fill out the form completely, as missing
information will delay our response to your request.
4. Upon receipt of the completed "RMA Request Form", we will
issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and an email or fax
with confirming warranty status and a quotation for any repair charges.
5. Pack the product carefully and securely.
6. Include the following information with your shipment
For warranty repair:
· Customer name, contact and
telephone number
· Proof of date of purchase
· Payment method of return
freight (credit card number, Fed-X or UPS account number)
For non-warranty repair:
· Customer name, contact and
telephone number
· Payment method, P.O., or
credit card number
· Payment method of return
freight(Purchase Order,credit card number,Fed-X or UPS account number)
7. Send it by U.S. Mail, UPS, or Federal Express to:

The package must have the RMA number on the outside of
the package.
In House Repair / Replacement Procedure
- Item to be repaired/replaced must be received prior to The Evergreen
Group Inc sending out a replacement unit.
- Non-warranty repairs will not be processed until a valid credit
card number or purchase order is received.
- A confirming email or fax will be sent to you, normally within
2 working days of receipt of your product, acknowledging receipt, confirming
warranty status, and an estimated shipping date for the repaired or replacement
unit. This email will be sent to the email address or fax number used
for the RMA acknowledgement.
Warranty Determination
For a product to be considered "in warranty" the following conditions
must apply:
1. You must notify The Evergreen Group of the need for repair within the
product's warranty period. Please see each specific product family warranty
for more details, but normally this period starts when the product was
purchased from The Evergreen Group or one of its authorized resellers.
2. The cause of failure must not have come from or been caused by the
following:
· Product or circuit modification, alteration, or prototyping circuits
· Intentional misuse or neglect
· Improper installation or hookup
· Unauthorized repair
3. DSP chip upgrades do not qualify as a warranty repair. The Evergreen
Group endeavors to ship products with the latest revision of devices available
through normal distribution channels. In some cases Earlier developers
should review the errata sheet for that device to see if the product meets
your development needs.
If the product qualifies for warranty repair The Evergreen Group, at its
option, may pair or replace the product.
